Informal Negotiation:

Binding Arbitration:
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted by an agreed-upon arbitration body under its rules. Arbitration will be limited to individual claims and not a class action, unless otherwise required by law.

Exception: Disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, privacy violations, or claims for injunctive relief may be resolved in court.
