We know you’re looking forward to receiving your Trendluxs products, and we’re committed to getting them to you quickly and safely. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping policy.

The total order price of the product will be displayed on the checkout page.

We don’t have any hidden fees.

Processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery time: 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time: 5:00PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Shipping options:
At Trendluxs, we want to make things easy. Shipping is $4.99 for orders within the United States.

The estimated total delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Please note that the order processing time is usually 0-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We use DHL, UPS, USPS and FedEx to deliver or ship products. Your order will be delivered on business days by express mail.

Track your order:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of the delivery to your home.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping:

We do not provide international shipping services.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number or contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.Trendluxs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, especially during periods of high delivery volume.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred to correct the address and facilitate delivery.

If the item has been delivered, the customer will still be responsible for all associated costs and no refunds will be issued for undelivered packages due to such errors. Refunds, if any, will only be processed after our facility receives the returned product in its original condition.

Delivery Delays:
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date the order is shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delays beyond the estimated delivery date may occur due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, invalid addresses, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen events. Such delays are beyond our control and the company will not be liable for delays.

Customer Responsibilities and Modifications:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and billing information during the checkout process. If you discover an error in the information provided, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. If the product has been shipped, we will not issue a refund or modification until the product is returned to us in accordance with our return policy.

Product Availability:
While we strive to maintain adequate inventory levels, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify the customer and the wait time will not exceed two (2) weeks maximum. If the delay extends beyond this period, the customer has the right to request a refund or restock.
