We understand that sometimes products may not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Please read below for details on how to process a return or request a refund.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The product must be in its original, unused condition and with all original packaging.
Clearance items are final sale items and are non-returnable.

How to Return:

Packaging Returns: Securely package items in the original packaging.

Shipping: Return the item to us at the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. In general, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label, allowing the item to be returned to us at no additional cost to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are issued a refund, Trendluxs will deduct the cost of return shipping from the item.

Receiving Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Details:
Full refunds are available for items returned in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@trendluxs.com We will arrange a replacement and cover any shipping costs.

Returns:
We do not currently offer direct returns. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow our returns process and place a new order for the desired product.
